You know, I haven't read Nalini yet.. I'm not sure why. I've heard such good things. I think it's the names and covers. I know, it's silly. One of my favorite series is C.L Wilson Tairen Soul, and those covers are just hokey with a capital H

Yeah, I'm really liking them. In fact, so far I like #2 better than #1, but I keep hearing people say #2 is their least favorite.
I'm looking forward to getting through 3 and then the novella for Coral so I can decide for myself. I'm finding that I keep thinking about what people said about not liking 2, etc. I wish I hadn't known ahead of time now.
True Dhes, maybe that's my problem too. So many people said Serpent was their fave. Hope you enjoy the rest of your reads.

Perhaps, but a nerd with good taste!!!

Just finished Roxanne St. Claire's debut book in her new "Guardian Angelinos" series, Edge of Sight. I won an ARC copy on her facebook page. It's a great read. St. Claire knows her stuff when it comes to romantic suspense. Great new Italian family with wonderful characters, lots of fun and witty dialogue, along with super suspense that keeps you guessing. Release date is October 26th. Congrats to Roxanne St. Claire on another winner!!
I love her Bullet Catcher series - some of the books better than others but all are good. I think the Guardian Angelinos series will be a winner.
I finished Elizabeth Hoyt's Wicked Intentions recently and loved it, so I'm looking forward to reading her Princes Trilogy.I enjoyed Roxanne St. Claire's Bullet Catchers series, so I'm glad to hear that Edge of Sight is good. I'm looking forward to it.
Right now I'm reading Zoe Archer's Warrior and it's great so far!
Oh, BJ.... I envy you. Please keep us posted on your status updates, ok? I can't wait to read this one.
Oh, if I recall correctly, that prologue was hard to take...but this book is awesome! Wish I was reading this one again!
Just finished the prologue - and very glad I didn't read it right before bedtime! I've been very remiss in doing status updates recently, but I'll try to remember to stop every once in a while for an update!

Or even right here would be great."Discovered a library book that's due tomorrow and can't be renewed, so am reading It Had to Be You instead of Ride the Fire. May be a good thing for me - the two E. Hoyt books I just read also focused heavily on the French & Indian War, and a change of scene will be good. I needed something lighter and it looks like I found it.
I'm reading
. It finishes up a challenge in another group, plus, I loved
and really want to see how things go for Addison and Mia now that they have their own story.

Dhes I really enjoyed Ava gray's skin series. I felt for Addison and his 'gift'. That would suck >.<
Shawna, that was my first Pamela Clare read :) Last night I was reading my review for it and I really need to do a re-read.
I just got through with the Merry Gentry series by Laurell K. Hamilton. Wanted something a little different so I'm starting a Kay Hooper book
so far, so good. Once I'm done with that trilogy, it's off to the Hathaways by Lisa Kleypas.

Now that I've just finished reading PC's SURRENDER and UNTAMED and was completely blown away, I'm afraid that whatever I read next will suffer in comparison. I better pick something really good to read now. Maybe Brock in
or
won't disappoint.
Shawna, have you read Kathleen Given's Highlanders? I really, really love them! Her writing is the perfect blend of historical accuracy and a beautiful love story and happily ever after.
I believe Pamela feels the same way. She and the author were friends before Ms. Givens passed away.

I'm a Breed ho' too, Janice! I'm dying to read Styx's story but I have to get through my challenges first.
I'm now reading
. I can only read it in bits and pieces, though, so I'm going to get one of my other challenge reads going. Either
