I was messaged by a woman who works with St. Martin's Press, who is the publisher of Lisa's books. They just started a Facebook fan page for her and are trying to drum up some support. Please check it out when you get a chance.

I work with St. Martin's Press and I'm hosting the Lisa Kleypas fan page on Facebook(http://bit.ly/9ocdy4). I appreciate you guys all jumping on!

As you all know, Lisa's new book Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor is dropping in early November. We'll be sure to send you updates on the regular. BUT for right now, we'd like to drum up support for the Lisa Kleypas fan page. Anyone that posts a reply to this message that they "liked" the Lisa Kleypas fan page on Facebook, will be entered into a drawing to receive Christmas Eve at Friday Harbor the day it's out. We'll keep this going until Wed of next week.

FYI - LK has 2 FB. One is her's with her picture and one is St Martins Press with a copy of Love in the Afternoon. I asked to be a friend and she accepted. I do love her books, but I did like the St Martin's Press FB page for LK.

Annie, The other LK page took me into a blog. I didn't see another with Lisa's picture.

Lisarenee - Try using the search feature on top of FB. I typed Lisa Kleypas and it brought up several sites. I used the one that had her picture and just her name. Hope that helps.

Danielle, If you join you don't have to fill in all your information. Just type in the bare minimum. If it's not required don't fill it in. Then you can just look around and have fun. You don't even need to upload a picture.

Thanks for turning me on to Christine Feehan's page. I've "liked" pages for Julia Quinn, Julia London, Susan Elizabeth Phillips, TeresaMederiosFans, Bob Weir (had to throw that one in), Romance Book Sluts, Stella Cameron, Christina Dodd, Jayne Ann Krentz, Pink Floyd (!), and Reading.

I don't think it's the same... on their page, not yours, there is a place at the top just to the right of the avatar where one may click "like". Once you've done that, below the avatar is a place to suggest it to one's friends.

wow...just read it, and I can tell two things right off the bat...1)I'm gonna love Holly, and 2)I'm gonna cry.

I love the way she writes... As I read it, I pictured it as a movie already. But one thing that did come to mind is that scene from You've Got Mail when Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks first meet in her cute little book store...I'm betting Maggie's store is adorable!
