Fix disambig

I put extra space in this author's name to separate him from the Modesty Blaise author, but this book still comes up in the MB author's listing. What did I do wrong?

Nothing at all. Author book lists can have a fairly lengthy cache and take awhile to update. The stray books do not appear to be listed under the incorrect author any longer.

It's usually about 24 hours. And you can force a cache reset by editing and saving the author (with no changes).
