Personality: Despite being from one of the most wealthy of districts, Dawn hated her life there. She's nice and all, but very bitter; almost to the point where she's lost herself completely in hate. She knows exactly what goes on in the other districts around her, and openly despises the Capitol for it. She'll do anything to help the other tributes (besides the careers) to win, and does whatever she can to make a fool of the Capitol. Was aspiring to be a professional Chef, knows her way around cooking and plants pretty well.
