Anthology/single story numbering?

Here's a question: what do we go with an anthology series and a short story published alone from one of those anthologies?

I'm looking at Nice Girl Does Noir, which has two collections of short stories numbered volume 1 and volume 2, plus two ebooks which are short stories which also appear in Nice Girl Does Noir #2. How should the short stories be numbered to make it clear that they're part of one of the numbered volumes? I put them as "2 (single story)" for now -- is this a good format?

Would it be something like 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2 for the stories? But that makes it look like they're extra, rather than part of it.

Your idea (single story) might actually be best.
