Oh no. Not Zumba! My one and only experience with Zumba was the day after doing a Body Pump class only two weeks back into going to the gym after having bub 8 weeks prior. I felt like I'd been hit by a semi-trailer for about three days afterwards!!! Needless to say I've strategically avoided going back to that class again so far......

Yes, he was an extremely lucky boy!!! On the news last night, his Mum couldn't stop cuddling him!!! Nice young kid too, so scary!!!

We just went to the beaches again, and boy oh boy!!! It's like a washing machine, so much white wash..we were sitting in the car (it's pouring) next to the fence, next to the ocean, and a wave crashed on the wall and hit the car!!! It's beach at the bottom of the wall normally!!

It's a bit unsettling when the waves can completely eat up the beachfront and come smashing onto your car!! Washing machine is a great way to describe a wild sea.

When I went looking around surf spots there was one point when coming home the sea was flooding the road..There isn't any barriers to keep it away from the road but nor does it usually get that high.

Yes, we headed away pretty quickly when that happened!!!

It's scary when the sea floods the road, isn't it!! I suppose if it doesn't happen often, they'd figure it wouldn't be worth putting a barrier up!

I can't believe how bad it's got up there! Areas that haven't seen any crime/violence in many years, all of a sudden. According to the TV, there's people who are thinking of selling up to get out of the area now!!
