the managing editor of that pharmacy journal says he might put my review of Silent Shock: The Men Behind the Thalidomide Scandal and an Australian Family's Long Road to Justice into August's edition. You will all have to remind me at the start of August so I don't fall off the treadmill when I turn the page...
Rita, I did assure my mother that our meet/swap in Sydney was safe, even though they were people I'd met on the internet, because they were all women my age (well not Suzanne), and we were meeting in broad daylight in public. Of course I didn't
REALLY KNOW
that till I got there......but they turned out to be much better looking that their avatars! And the only danger was: even more books to read!!!

I'm not really a pot of African violets on a bookshelf (although they are both mine) but I guess you'd all worked that out! Much prettier than my real photo I can tell you! I am disappointed though that Michael doesn't really have sugar lips!

This could be the start of something big!

Snuck off to the lunch room at work to have a crafty peek, your views are along the same line as my mum's :P That or a public nursing home.

Not as close as the other one Carolyn but nearly ;)
Dale wrote: "Am I the only one that has a reasonably recent pic as my avatar?LOL."No - I'm extremely boring, Dale - my photo is me as I looked about 5 months ago - it doesn't get much more true to life than that! The only difference between me then and now is that now I need a haircut (which will be remedied on Tues if I can only remember to ring to make an appointment!).
Rita *wants a quick quotes quill* Skeeter wrote: "*whispers* Has anyone told Julie that she's tucked her dress into her undies?"Oops...not agaiiiin!!!
