There are Carolyn, and that wasn't all of this particular group, and there are others:) They cover romantic suspense, intrigue, etc etc...you know all the offshoots of the romance genre:)

Sorry Laura, just noticed yours from earlier...we went to Vietnam, it was Fantastic, I loved every bit of it! Such lovely people!!
I'm having loads of problems with my ipad and communications with it, and now i just checked and found that all of my emails have disappeared?! Also, I haven't had an email from GR for days?? :(So forgive me if I am slow in responding or even miss some, until i get this sorted i will have to check the laptop from time to time to find updates here.
Michael wrote: "Great to have you back Julie and lovely to hear how you enjoyed your holiday. :)"Thanks Michael! Always nice to know you are missed :)

Good luck :)
Good Morning, EBs.Very happy to say that Optus credited my account with half the monthly cost after the problems I was having the other day.
Also, if you want to upgrade your plan, call right on 8am to do so, the Optus employees will often waive a months fee because of their 'first call of the day' philosophy.
Morning Bette and the other EBs.Good to hear your problems with Optus have been rectified and they gave you a credit for your trouble.
Waving 'hi' to Miss Vicki:) I am kinda waving in the general direction of north which is where you are as opposed to my good self. Poppy is looking at me like I've gone bonkers:)

Welcome home, Julie!

Waving back... o/
Have a lovely Sunday, Bette. Expecting a high of 28C here -- I imagine it'll be a little cooler at your place.
You too, both of you. I'm going to the cinema after visiting my Mum, to see Before I Go To Sleep with a friend. And then we'll talk books all the way home.
Enjoy your days!
Hoping it's not 28C here, we have a trip to Allansford Nursery planned. I need to pick up (if it fits in the car), my 2yo Jacaranda tree they ordered in for me. Also needing ground cover plants to keep that dratted cooch? grass at bay.Book-talking with friends is great fun, Marianne.
We're expecting 29 degrees here. I saw the shorts to Before I Go To Sleep at the cinema last night - we went to watch Magic in the Moonlight - the shorts looked good!Magic in the Moonlight was a bit of a let down, sadly. Beautiful costuming and cinematography, a potentially great cast, and a really pedestrian story line with clunky dialogue.

Enjoy the movie Marianne. I'll be going to the city formal dress shopping with my daughter.

Good luck Veronica, big job! I had a look at a friends yr 12 formal dress, couldn't believe how beautiful it was, strapless, midnight blue, fitted with fishtail finish.. She looked divine. There's a great shop out near me that's amazing, just send me a msg if you're stuck for options after today ;)

How has everyone's weekend been? My Friday was spent doing some gift shopping, then yesterday had a lovely lunch and family get together in a riverside park over at Sinnamon Park and now today is my quiet, chill out day. And both of my big furkids are napping on the floor beside me as I type this.

Then planted scaevola which has blue flowers like daisies. Grows and covers amazingly and flowers for months,in full sun. Haven't seen a sign of grass since, Bette.

No worries! Aw, how awesome :D Seems like you've enjoyed your time there!
@Dale Yes, you are right, sugarcane mulch is great. I still have a couple of beds to use it in at this stage. Then that pesky cooch can go jump!
Morning All! ....not so early I know, but much more refreshed than I have been since returning from my trip! Somehow my iPad had crashed and I couldn't recieve or send emails, only spam was coming through and I couldn't delete any them! So I lost ALL of my emails and saved drafts...don't know where or how they went but they're gone.
Had to delete my account and start again :( syncing with my PC doesn't recover the emails but at least I have them backed up on there...such a pain though.
Atm I'm only getting a couple of GR emails now and again so I hope it's going to be ok?!
What happened to all the EBs. Usually I come on line after they've had their early morning twitter but I can only see Bette! We went to see Bill Bailey last night. He was brilliant! I love it when he plays well known music in a different style. He did Downtown Abbey reggae style. Hard to imagine I know but very funny!
Kiera wrote: "Bill Bailey is cool, Evelyn. Did you see him at QPAC?"No, at the State theatre in Sydney.
