morning Bette!! I was up yesterday too, but a quick look then a walk then work, so no time to socialise. Still have to walk this morning, but there's no urgency to get away afterwards.....
Netball has been cancelled but hubby has already made my breakfast,bless him. So it's breaky and then back to bed for me.

I love rain! I just tipped 24mL out of the rain gauge. Have left the dogs' coats on them as they gave me sad looks when I suggested that it was time for them to come off. Lots of thunder and lightning here last night.

Yes, a few of mine wearing spring clothes already.no rain here though just beautiful sunshine. Yet this morning it was grey.
And another thunderstorm. Cat is hiding under the table on a chair, and for whatever reason, the dogs have managed to get soaking wet, so they're not coming inside...

I just discovered biscuits don't cook very well when you try to grill them, rather than bake them... And the really sad thing is took me at least 10 extra minutes after the supposed end of their cooking time to work out what the problem was!

They are now!! Not so much when I was trying to grill them!! I couldn't work out why they weren't browning and looked uncooked!
Not to mention falling apart when I tried to lift one off the tray!

They called off a couple of timeslots that were particularly wet, but we got soaked a couple of times. It's days like these when I start to wonder if I really like netball that much!

Morning! Looks like I'm the only other one up, Bette! It's just me and the cat, eating breakfast and drinking tea. Almost time to go and have a shower and head off to work. I'd much rather be browsing Goodreads, though.
