Hat hair! I hear you, Bette, but sometimes comfort/ safety has to come first (as much as I dislike flattened hair). :)Somehow we've missed the worst of the bad weather here. No wind or heavy rain. Even enjoyed a walk in the winter sun today. The sky looked awfully black over Melbourne, though.

Popping in to wave to everyone from New Zealand. Wish I could say sunny New Zealand but it has been overcast most of the time and today is raining. Still we have been out and about and busy, busy, busy! We are currently in Nelson which is the top of the South Island. We have also learned that when those cold fronts finish sweeping across Australia then they come over to New Zealand! The north island has been copping most of it. But the top of the South Island gets the edges of it hence the rain. Good news is that it is snowing in the mountains so once the sun arrives (Sunday) we should get to see those snow peaks!!!

I don't know if this is the correct spot to ask, but this one looked current compared to some of the other places here.. I can't use my iPhone or iPad app to place comments here in the group. I gave to go thru google. Does anyone use the app?

Ok I'm back on the website now. The comment seemed to work but it didn't show up on the app comments straight away. I don't like using it much
