I was astounded at how much I missed being able to log on and check my favourite threads. I had to read a book instead, and then do some writing. I got heaps done by not being able to browse Goodreads threads and get distracted!

Not cold here this morning. Yesterday was 7C and freezing. We had a huge storm Friday night with gale force winds and heaps of rain. All of my trees had half their leaves stripped off. I had so much mess to clean up.

My mobile phone service is with Virgin, and I don't know if anyone else saw it on the news, but they had an outage for hours yesterday as well - I felt like technology was conspiring against me yesterday!

Whew! Yesterday was fun wasn't it? Only pop on a few times a day and two of those times it was down and then our daughter selfishly had a birthday yesterday and invited us over for pizza! So no goodreads at all for me yesterday :(
