I should have read his author profile before I posted. The answer to my question is probably yes.
Phrynne wrote: "If he is a leader in the anti-gay movement then he must be very outspoken about it. Do we know why? Does he have a religious belief about it?"He's a Mormon, I believe. And he isn't the leader of the movement, but he's on the board of some very prominent anti-gay organisation.

I think the film is ou..."I see. Thanks now I understand. I also googled him and read that he is a practicing member of the church of Jesus Christ so that would explain his views. I didn't see anything about him being a Mormon though but either way it does say he's against same sex marriages.

The more you know.

Wow didn't hear anything (or feel) about that Leonie...do you know when, what magnitude etc?

http://www.ga.gov.au/earthquakes/getQ...It was a big enough "bang" to move the chair that I was sitting in, and get people all over town to post on the Community facebook page. Here in Muswellbrook there have been reports of shaking walls, cracking noises and rattling doors. No damage reported, just felt everywhere.
More startling than scary for us, Brenda :) I'm hoping that those closer to the centre of the quake are all OK.
There was one in between the North and South islands in New Zealand yesterday evening/night which my friend was basically on top of and didn't feel. He's a bit worried about his attention span now.
Turns out that the quake was actually here at Muswellbrook - this morning Geoscience Australia had updated all of the details to locate it here. Possibly explains why we felt it, and no one else did...Only a 3.0 and no reports of damage anywhere. Unlike the Wellington one. We are fortunate.
Hope everyone is well in NZ... Having the bizarre experience of summer holidays without xmas. A couple of weeks in European summer and then home again to Oz and umbrellas...
It is definitely a different experience in Summer, I had only been in winter before as well. There are flowers blooming everywhere, it's really pretty :)
I'd like to have a little brag if I may!

It sounds like a very good book but when you have read it could you tell me why it has such a peculiar title?

Now that Goodreads has so many users I wish they would increase their access so we can always get through. Tonight this site was nearly unusable for over an hour

Amazing what you can get done in just over an hour ;)
If you check the Feedback group now and then, you will notice messages telling of site updates from the PTB, so it will be down for awhile. I'm not sure if it happened this time, but I suspect that would be it:) Good for reading time though;)
I've had a fantastic afternoon! Three hours chatting with the wonderful Helene Young at our local library. What an inspiration this lady is!!
