this book probably falls into "chick lit" category - its about a family in Ireland I believe, long time ago. I think there are 4 daughters or something, the father is apparently molesting one of them, she has his babies which are twins, but he makes her kill them after birth, and she becomes something like a prostitute and eventually runs away....can't for the life of me remember the title or author!
