"Untitled 'Author'"

I've fixed a couple of formerly untitled books, the kind where it's added to the system as "Untitled Roberts" or "Untitled Gresham" because the publisher hasn't decided on the title yet. Just wondering if there's any system in place for handling these or if they're just dealt with as we find them?
