Shadow Work

Ok, so I've been delving into integrating those aspects of myself that I hide in my shadow, and I've come acrossed a few books and even a workshop that's helped me explore this area. I think Emily added one of those books to the bookshelf already...the one written by Debbie Ford and Deepak Chopra.

Dang, I hit post before I could ask you guys whether you have any thoughts, comments or books suggestions that talk about Carl Jungian's archtype the Shadow, or the Shadow Effect as it is called by some authors who are exploring how the shadow effects our lives.

My therapist just recommended Shadow Dance by David Richo, along with another of his books, When the Past Is Present: Healing the Emotional Wounds that Sabotage our Relationships . I haven't read either one yet, but she's led me to some really helpful/inspiring books in the past, so I bet these are good ones.
