It is a story set in the very near future in which climate change is manifesting itself catastrophically. Giant hail stones, horrendous storms etc " (posted by Larry)

Of course, we still read fiction at The Green group. It's a pleasure!
There's soo many books to read, in any genres, with environmental themes. For instance, some members of our community might be interested by environmental books written by scientists, other members do prefer fiction or non-fiction.
It's The Green group which has always suggested at its members an eclectic choice of books.
For The Autumn book club, you'll find a lot of books to read and discuss. The Green group is an international group and some members will enjoy to discover European authors while other will discover American writers or do prefer to read and discuss books written by scientists.
We have also in our group community authors. They give us the opportunity to read, discuss and discover a lot of countries around the world and finally to better understand our planet, its inhabitants, their culture and all the environmental issues we know in developing and developed countries.
