My parents made up our names as soon as we were born, the only planned name was my little sister.

I was (sorta) named after my Grandmas. My mom added a letter to her mom's name at the begining and she added a letter to my dad's mom's name at the end. My name is somewhat common, but nobody spells it right because of that.

I've never ever ever heard of anyone with my name. Pshhh and everyone prounounces it with 2 syllables and it's meant to be prounounced with ONE FREAKING SYLLABLE PEOPLE! Even my sister pronounces it incorrectly. Once she and I had a fight about the correct pronounciation of it *rolls eyes* As if she won.

There are two ways to pronounce my name and I'm used to both. Dan-ee-elle or Dan-yell. More people call me the former though.
