it is rather, but have you noticed a trend called colour-blind casting?
Did you guys hear about the latest race row with The Hobbit? A casting director was apparently given a brief to look for 'pale' Hobbits, and this Pakistani lady got turned away coz she was the wrong colour. But that person got fired for 'getting it wrong', apparently she has a group on facebook.

Suffragettes were a group of women during Georgian England ( don't ask me when that was I only know the name of the King at the time:p) who wanted to get rights for women to vote. They did the sort of things nature activists do, protests, chain themselves to railings, hunger strikes etcAnd they'd be proud that you were stronger than the men:)
