WELL I dunno how to summarise but basically there's this Capitol and there are 12 districts and the districts basically give all the man-power to the Capitol cause the Capitol took over ages ago.
SO, to remind all their district peeps that they have the power, every year they have this thing called the hunger games, and they get one boy and one girl from EACH district and put them in an arena to fight to the death basically. one survivor-the winner. aaaaaand that's the easiest way maybe?
that doesnt sound very exciting :P is there any romance in it?? :P
