If any of the members is in need of an interview (or a book spotlight) I'll happily provide one and post it on one of my blogs.
I was recently interviewed on a couple of blogs, My Literary Quest and Pat Bertram Introduces:

I was recently interviewed by Sarah Butland on her blog. Check it out: http://sarahbutland.com/blog/2011/05/10/meet-a-f-stewart-author-of-fantasy/
It's all about hustling, shameless self-promotion - probably as comfortable for most writers as chewing our own feet off. I'm well published with a lesbian press but recently wrote a book too lesbian for mainstream publishers, but not lezbo enough for my lesbian press. (Heres' the shameless self-promotion part - The River Within by Baxter Clare Trautman!) Figuring the book had merit for lesbians and women I Googled lesbian book reviews, women book reviews, and womens fiction reviews. I found a number of sites that reviewed books by women and or lesbians, wrote each a quick e-mail with a synopsis of the book, and why I would like to discuss it with them (because a lot of good fiction gets lost in the crack between "what's marketable and what's not"). I got three interviews for my efforts. Find your niche and hustle it! If there isn't one, make it!

I always say, market to your target audience.
I always say, market to your target audience.
And sometimes you have to invent one! Create your audience, think outside the box. It cost's nothing to try and everything to falter.
Baxter wrote: "And sometimes you have to invent one! Create your audience, think outside the box. Better to at least try and maybe make some headway!!
Definitely! Doing something is better than nothing. I would rather be told no than hear nothing at all. I always just to make sure to thank people for their time, even when the news isn't good. :)

Catherine, we have separate folders for book blurbs and giveaways. You might get more response there, instead of posting in the topic set up for interviews.
