Sheila | 97 comments Hi. I read voraciously and challenged myself to review everything I read this year. Most of my reviews are on Goodreads. Some are on Nights and Weekends and some are published in Poetic Monthly Magazine.

I've got two websites:
www.sheiladeeth.com
www.inspiredbyfaithandscience.com

and I'm working on a third to go with the release of Refracted

You could blog about it on your Goodreads profile, and post in other groups. If you are on Twitter, you should Tweet about it.

D.E. Sievers | 4 comments Hey, no name calling! Hope that moniker doesn't stick, A.F. But sure, I guess I can be as punny as the next guy (or gal).

I see you're in N.S.? That's where I would probably be too if not for a quirk of fate. I have many relatives in N.S. ... including mother, father, 6 sisters, etc. Halifax, Dartmouth, etc. It's a beautiful place and I plan to visit again one of these days.

Suzanne Tyrpak (suzannetyrpak) | 23 comments I want to thank everyone who entered the 55 word story contest I mentioned in this group. I'm sending the entries, without your names, to three writers from my wonderful writing group to judge the stories.

The entries were so good, that I've decided to up the prizes: First Place will receive a $15.55 gift card for Amazon, Second and Third will receive a $5.55 Amazon gift card--please consider using the cards to buy books from Indie writers!

Winners will be posted in this thread, all entries will be posted on my blog, on Kindleboards, and here on Goodreads on my home page-not sure exactly how I'll do that yet, but I'll figure it out!

Jeromy Henry (kerochan) | 2 comments If any short story writers out there are frustrated by form rejections of your work, you might want to check out Quantum Muse. It's a combination writer's group and Speculative Fiction e-zine. You critique stories and build up credits, then submit your own stuff. It's not a bad place to start if you're a new writer, or just want a chance to workshop some stories and get opinions from other writers. It doesn't pay, but you do get exposure and valuable feedback. Thanks.

Jude (judehnd) Hello I'm Jude Henderson and here I post the link and the summary to some of my writing

Here's a novel of mine, its called Forever .
Summary: When seventeen year old Evangeline Woods is filled with forever promises, like the promise of her father to stay with her, the promise of a marriage to stay together, of friends growing up and staying side by side, and a boyfriend’s promise to love her, she’s in a moment where everything is perfect, until, in the blink of an eye and a terrible car crash takes all of those promises, all of those forever’s, away, they have all been broken, so now she must go to the place where it all started, Her grandmother‘s house and old town, forget the life she once had, and start a new one, to see if those forever’s can be saved, and to trust herself again. Find family when she thought she’d lost it. Find love when she wasn’t looking. Find friendship when she was in most need, and to find a home, when she had never felt so lost.
Sometimes you need to lose it all, to find everything.
