Hey, I work in Kmart in Midland. Monday I sold a copy of Judy Nunn's latest book (I haven't read any of her's, I don't think they're my thing. Anyway the customer got talking & told me she bought it for a signing. So, if you're in Perth, W.A. Judy Nunn will be in High Whycombe (not at all sure where the signing is taking place) on the 28th or 29th of this month. I have asked every customer buying book's about this incase they're fan's of her work. Just thought I'd let anyone interested in knowing they can go meet her :)

Welcome Sheree, lovely to have you with us:) Yes Judy Nunn is currently touring with the Get Reading program for this year...I'm actually going to meet her later this month:) I read her new one Elianne recently (that's probably the one you sold to your customer!) and thoroughly enjoyed it!

No worries, lol when I sell book's I constantly look at the customer's book's to see if I know of the author & will gladly recommend other likewise author's or I just straight out tell them they need to read the first of a series before they read the book they just payed for. I am sure some people think I'm insane with my determination :)

My mother used to work for the CBA, and has met Judy Nunn a few times by doing her banking ... :-)

I'm Gail. I live in Adelaide, but rest assured I'm reasonably smart. I'm happy to become Goodreads Friends with anyone with a similar taste in fiction and non-fiction.
I've recently taken the plunge recently to an e-Reader. I was surprised how much I'm enjoying the tech change. And have found I tend to read more as my e-Reader is 'always with me'.

Hmmm.... Not sure what else to tell you about myself without going into "TMI"!! LOL! But I'm happy to share a little about myself and compare book choices and recommendations.

I'm going to re-intro myself since it's been a while since I was here.

I'm Laura and a comic reader by heart (haven't read many though this year :()! I've not been reading as much as I would like. I have some shelves dedicated to the books I read while I was more active on GR...It makes me think back to all the adventures I experienced while flipping through the pages of the imaginations of some of my favourite authors. I'd like to rectify that and go from here once again!!

Maybe 2014 will be better considering I have a long flight to get through in January! lol

Oh and today I got mistaken for an 18 year old when in reality I am 29...11 years my junior ain't shabby,hey? lol
