I'm Annie Seaton, from the beautiful mid-north coast of New South Wales and new to the group. I achieved my lifelong dream of writing my first book two and a half years ago when I retired from teaching. Life has never been so busy! Since then I have written, and had seven books published and have another four contracted by the fabulous Entangled Publishing! I have also dipped my toe in the self publishing pond. My debut novel was on Amazon best seller lists in the US and UK for the first year of publication. I have shared my knowledge of how to establish your brand via social media in a little promotional book I have written as a thank you to the fabulous supportive writing community.
I am very excited as the sequel to my best seller will be released on 10 June.I am donating all pre-order royalties to breast cancer research. You can find me on Goodreads at

Welcome Annie, lovely to have you with us:) I'm glad to see you have made your own thread in the Author section, as having it there means we will all see it...having it here means it would be lost in amongst all our lovely new peeps!

My name is Robyn and I have recently published a memoir abut fighting the weight of bureaucracy. I did win in the end, but man, that is a hard row to hoe!
Please stop by my page and say "Hi" and maybe you might be inyrigued enough to read the book! :)
Love versus Goliath

Cheers and great to be here.
Annie

I may not be as active a member as some, as I have 4 children, a job, a husband and a house to run! I will be here from time to time!

Welcome Cataluna :)

I'm a writer of fiction and non-fiction and I find that my writing is influenced greatly by Australia and its values and ideas, Aus literature and the sense of place I have whenever I'm there.
I love reading Australian authors.
Welcome Jan, great to have you with us. If you'd like to promote your work, open your own thread in our Authors Section http://www.goodreads.com/topic/group_... so we can "check you out" ;)

It's my super secret spy name that I came up with for the interwebs - plain old Cathy IRL.
