Marijayne Stegman (mjsquirrelgirl) Your five favorite desserts.
Mom's apple pie
Coffee ice cream
Peppermint ice cream (neither of which I can eat anymore due to milk allergy!)
custard (my grandmother made the best)
berry cobbler

Your five favorite holidays.
Christmas
Halloween
4th of July
Our birthdays
Thanksgiving

Your five favorite cars that you’ve owned or driven. (No lusting after allowed here!)
(I'm skipping this one because I'm just not a car aficionado, let it get me where I need to go with what I need and I'm good)

Your five favorite beverages.
Cosmo
My morning latte concoction I make at home
Mexican hot chocolate
good cold water on a hot day
Iced tea (plain, no frou frou flavors)

If you could only choose five electrical appliances/machines, what would they be?
- A dishwasher (we've been 6 years without one in this house)
- A machine that picks up the laundry in the bedroom, washes, dries and delivers it back in the drawer
- A vacuum that know just where to seek out the dust bunnies on it's own
- An iron that runs itself
- A machine that picks up all the stinky socks my sons leaves trailing behind him
(Hey you never said they had to be real electrical appliances! I think I'm still channeling that magical power question from the last 5 game)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments I forgot about a Audio 4-wheel drive I drove on a ski trip - it was owned by my girl-friends husband and it was so nice not to have to stop to put chains on the tires. Handled beautifully, too!

message 76: by Pamela(AllHoney), Fairy Godmother (new)

Pamela(AllHoney) (pamelap) | 14528 comments lol, really, I'd just love to have a car. My van died a few months ago and I'm depending on my mom to get me places since hubby has the truck.

message 77: by Lisa Kay, Tinker Bell (new)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments My girl-friend bought her son a car years ago, when he turned 16. It was a beat-up old junket and they ended up having to take it to the mechanic in December for some major work. $$$ I'm talking a single mom with two kids, working full-time and struggling. Anyway, when Christmas rolled around her son was pissed because she didn't get him anything! for Christmas. My husband just laughed, handed her a string of Christmas lights and told her to drape the car with it and shout, “Merry Christmas!”

message 78: by Pamela(AllHoney), Fairy Godmother (new)

Pamela(AllHoney) (pamelap) | 14528 comments she could have gone outside and grabbed a few switches off the tree and wrapped em for him. lol

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments LOL! You're right; she should have! (BTW, I think my ex put a "F" bomb in between "Merry" and "Christmas" - and he's not one to use them indiscriminately.)
