An oldie, but a goodie!! Can't believe the book is almost 15 years old.

This is the only book I have voluntarily read twice. The story of a woman who gave all for her husband and family and when the chance for true happiness came along, she chose her family over her own happiness, concealing her brief affair her entire life. Couldn't wait for the movie to come out and the DVD release. While I was disappointed in the casting, I would have cast Isabella Rosellini and possibly Robert Redford, I have to admit Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwod fit the bill.
