Demiyue sat under a shade tree, bored out of his brains.
((darn.........))
Disappointed, Kami flowed over to Kirbyus's lair.

What was that? Demiyue had heard something. Whatever it was, it was gone now.
"Oh poor Demi...he's all alone," Takashi cooed to Kiyoshi. "All alone in the in the forest..."
Upset by lack of response, Kami flowed back to Demiyue, then over to Takashi.
"What is that?" Kiyoshi fixed her eyes on Kami.
Kami waved at Kiyoshi. "I think you mean 'who' is that, Kiyo."
"Who am I talking to then? You know my name I guess...what's yours?" She raised her eyebrow.
"Funny; you guys are loud," Takashi suddenly appeared in front of Kirbyus, his eyes narrowed. "What gem?"
Laughing, Takashi disappeared from sight, though his voice was still heard. "Oh, looke here. Evil genius' trying to be smart. You underestimate others like I."
Kami giggled. "I'm Kami." ((whatever it means))
"The gem...what is it?" He cooed."Well hello Kami," Kiyoshi smiled sweetly. "And what business do you have here?"
Kami pulled herself into vaguely human form, and shrugged. "Dunno."

"You look like an old commerade of mine," Takashi appeared and snickered. "He was junk.""Well you should know! And who are you?" Kiyoshi growled as Tifa came into view.
Tifa giggled, sweeping around Kiyoshi, then swirled around Takashi.
((Takashi went to where Kirbyus is which is somewhere on the moon. He's known to do that...))"Why are you now answering me?" She snarled, feeling tempted to shoot light into their eyes.
Demiyue saw someone in the distance and squinted his eyes. What is that?
Whatever it is...it's powerful, Demiyue breathed in deeply and told himself not to be a coward.
Tifa stopped. "Um? I'm myself."
Demiyue shuddered. "Kind of a demon ghost thing...I...I don't mean to scare you if so."
Demiyue winced. Oh stars! He ran to get some water to revive her.
"Um...you were running from some people and fainted right here," Demiyue smiled.
"Demiyue. Demiyue Avari." He handed her a glass of water.
Kami waved, pulling herself into human form. "Kami."
((I did ^-^))"Hi," Demiyue waved at Kami, never seeing her before.
"Hey," He smiled. "So...you can transform?" He seemed unphased by this.
"Oh..." He felt bad for her. He never liked death. "Well that's cool. Not very often you get to meet a human who can transform.
"Sure why not." He sighed. "Only if you feel like it, though."
"Go ahead then. I love hearing stories; sad or happy."
"The jungle...wow.." what adventure... Demiyue continued to listen.
"Kirbyus...that sounds familiar....vaguely."
"Wow..." Demiyue bit his lip. "I...I never like killings." I'm supposed to be dead... He thought soberly.
"I believe it; I saw you burst from that window," He smiled. "But I'm sorry about you mom..."
"You introduced yourself," He smiled. "But I'm Demiyue Avari. It's kinda hard to remember...call me Demi if it's too much. That's what everyone else calls me."
"...my brother," He sighed. "Been trying to find him. It's for a mission."
"Kinda. You see I'm not that proud of my brother...he's..." He bit his lip. "Not on my side. My friends back home want to make sure he's not trying anything funny from wherever he is so I'm going to find him."
Demiyue giggled. "His name is Takashi. He might be cute to you...but I'd stay away; he's nasty. And, of course you can come! Traveling alone is not fun."
"North," He pointed beyond the mountain. "That's where I last heard he was."
"He's actually younger than me," He smiled. "Since were Duplighosts, we're ageless but he's still younger."
"Really?" He looked at her. "Wow. Anyway, don't worry. I really hate the whole possess and such deal. It's just plain mean."
Demiyue smiled and followed. Good to find someone who's not afraid of me...
"I have a girlfriend, actually..." He smiled. "It's the humans that get me. My species is known for being heartless and evil. It creates a bad enough rap for me to get scolded."
"Pretty much," He floated above her, a little bored. "My friends and I suffer together; they're all like me anyway."
"Well you'll get more," He stopped floating. "Trust me. Everyone gets friends."
