animal testing is awful. i understand that using it on humans can be extremeley dangerous. ok look at it this way ok. u eat animals everyday right or pretty much right? well if animal testing continues and animals become extinct what are you gonna eat? and also animals have feelings just like us. they experience pain and sorrow just like us. i mean cmon we evolved from monkeys! we, in fact, are in the group called mammals, even if we are stronger, smarter, and more advanced then them. we are mammals. the last thing is that if you were a mouse or monkey or whatever, you would be scared outta your mind! you would be wonderin y is this happenin to me. u wouldn't want that to happen to you would ya? i'm not sayin to test on animals, i'm sayin to test on animals that aren't very important,that dnt feel much pain, or test on less animals then we are now. just think about it.

No, they do not have feelings that are just like ours. That is obvious. They don't have hopes and dreams. They don't contemplate their futures or think about how they can help others in need. They don't experience empathy.

I know that now. Now I can tell my REAL opinion. I agree with you. I believe that animal testing is a horrible thing that must stop. I also think it's cruel. That's my opinion.

Okay...well animal testing is wrong on all levels. I understand where some are coming from with saying how humans are more improtant, but that's not true. We are no more important than animals are. Just because we can't feel pain from what we're doing to the animals doesn't mean that they're not hurting. Wouldn't you beg for it to stop if the animals were the ones testing on you?

I want to be able to help any type of animal....mostly because before we had to put my best friend....I mean dog (sorry, he was more my best friend than anything) down, it hurt me to see him hurting, and that's my inspiration. If not, then I would like to be an animal cop.
I know, and I'm prepared for all of that. I know it's going to take a lot of schooling, but it will be worth it when I can finally help.And that sounds like an interesting job.
