Animals should be tested in cases of medicinal reasons.

Well, if the human could be harmed in the study, it's better for an animal to be used.
I disagree. An HUMAN is A animal. We are in the animal kingdom. Personally I think we should be the ones to suffer because we are the cause and reason for most animals pain.
Yes, but humans are more important, per se, than animals. We have more dominant thought processes. And blah blah blah. Rabbits aren't the ones wearing the lab coats, we are.
I disagree with air. That's one reason why I hate the human race..EVERYONE thinks like that...there are animals smarter than us. Just cause we can walk on two feet, speak, and have apposable thumbs makes us dominant.

Animals have instincts based upon the need for survival and reproduction.
But I still think there should be very minimal animal testing, and only on animals that will feel almost no pain.
I think animals have souls, and a conscience. I disgaree with you. Yes they are based on survival. But once so where we. We've evolved.

Sorry. I think that maybe if someone was ready to sacrifice themselves to save people from Aids, they'd do it. It's just not immportent enough.
Same. My sister is almost 6. She'll be six on august 23rd. She only has one kidney. She has a UTI, if she didn't have the anti-biotics she could die. I care about my sister more than some monkey.
I care about my sister's life more. Not to mention anti-biotics were probably tested on 100 monkeies at the most. They have saved thousands, hundreds of thousands of lives.

Not true. Some medication are meant to work with human blood, or with your digestive system, etc. You can only clone so much
Then let's clone a human and test things on it. Or are you against cloning too? If you're against animal testind and against cloning you don't leave any options

Anyway, there were some people back in the day who cut open prisoner's bodies to see what the human body was like. I say that's much more gruesome than animal testing. o.+

i think animals do have the same bond to they're parents.
i read once about a plastic pig being a surrogate child to a mama tiger in a zoo, who had just lost her real babies recently. and the kicker is...the tiger cheered up and acted toward the inanimate pigs like they were her own babes!the pigs had striped fabric on them.
