Mike Snyder, a writer/director/producer. I and my partners are The Trailer Guys, a company specializing in live action book trailers based on a lifetime of knowledge writing, shooting and producing features, TV series and reality.
We love the format and genre, as well as the creativity of working with various authors. And the speed! We can film a day or two, edit a week and see something great come to life on book sites and screens all over the world. So much more fulfilling tan shooting something and waiting a year for it to premiere...
MKS
That is fascinating! And I can't figure out Adobe premiere :-D
We organized a few weeks ago, and so I'm afraid you might have gotten lost in a folder somewhere. Thanks for reposting, and please put your information in blog/website thread. I know a lot of writers would love to see the work and how much a book trailer would cost.

Elizabeth told me about this group and it looks amazing! I'm excited to get to know you all!
I'm Angela Corbett and I write YA/New Adult and chick-lit. I also love cupcakes, classic cars, and Neil Diamond--it took me a long time to admit that last one.
My debut series is a YA paranormal romance trilogy. Eternal Starling, the first book in the Emblem of Eternity trilogy, will be released in December, 2011 by Pendrell Publishing. Here is the Goodreads link to Eternal Starling
Drop me a line here, or you can also come visit me on my Facebook page or website.

And I have a Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Cate-Ma...
Good to meet/see you here.
:)

Hey Mike, Angela and Cate! Welcome to our little group :-D I love meeting new people, and Cate I love your blog banner. Seems we've got a lot in common. A virus ate my computer last month. Wonder if it's the same one?
Dell's great as long as you pay them that 70 dollar fee to help you over the phone. I've always wondered if it's a big racket. Upload a virus and then get paid to take it off ... hmmmm...
Anyway, welcome to our insanity!

My name is Rachel Harris (Twitter @EndingUnplanned) and I am a lover of YA literature! Last year I inhaled about 250 books along with writing my first novel, and I just completed my second, a YA Magical Realism/Historical. Which is also why I probably didn't introduce myself--I was kinda manic in getting words out LOL.
I have been CPs with Trish for a few months and have met a few of you via Twitter, but I look forward to getting to know everyone better on here! Oh, and I am also a homeschool mom to two princesses, the blessed wife of a wonderful man, and a transplated New Orleanian living in Houston, Texas. :-)
Rachel! *waves!*
To be honest, I only know you by your twitter name, so it's nice to finally meet you in person (well, sort of :-).
Congrats on the books! Please put them under the book folder, and I'll add them to our shelf. We are all HUGE Trish fans, and so we're thrilled you've joined us!

I've heard so many great things about you from our girl Hope :-) So it is nice to 'meet' you, too!
Thrilled to be here!

My blogs are http://www.mysticthoughts-xc.blogspot... and http://www.mysticthoughtsauthors.word...
Hey Mary! I'm so glad you joined us! Are you looking for followers or critiques for the part one? If you want a little feedback, please repost as a separate discussion under the critique forum so that everyone will have a space to add their thoughts. If you'd rather just have followers and a "Yaaay Mary" pat on the back, just leave it here :-) You're on my "list for lunch" today.
Also, chirenjenzie has some great writers, so take a look at the shelf and if there's something you'd like to review, just give them a holler!
Again, so glad you're here!
Chi (aka beth :-)

Welcome Laurence that rhymes with France! So glad you've joined us. Please feel free to poke around and comment at will! When your book makes its way to Goodreads, please be sure to let me know and I'll put it on the shelf!

Hi Cynthia! Happy to meet you and welcome to our group! Many won't read my books, even with a major motion picture trilogy in the works and great reviews, because I'm indie. Does your FB site support only trad. published authors?

I'm one of those PNR addicts, and before I started writing I would read about one book every three or so days. Now I'm lucky to get in one every two weeks.
I'm so glad to have been invited here! I'm always looking for advice on how to improve my writing, and I'm sort of bumbling my way around when it comes to promotion. LOL. I've learned quite a bit already so I'll try to help out where I can.
Yaaaay! Welcome Kiersten! Hey, be sure to put your twitter name on the twitter thread. Someone's always on there, so I'd love it if you could join us there as well! :-D

Hi Kiersten! Welcome to the group. Congrats on your latest release! I'll have to check it out. In the meantime, your also welcome to visit my website at http://web.me.com/imagobooks or visit the Imago FB fan page started up by readers http://www.facebook.com/pages/Lorna-S...
Have a lovely day!

Deana!! *waves!!* welcome to my insanity!
Seriously, you're gonna love it here (and thanks Laurence for welcoming our newest member :-)
I believe the next few weeks are absolutely nuts for everyone, but hopefully when summer gets under way we can start some great discussions.

I'm a SAHM from Iowa writing my second book, a psychological thriller. It will be my first attempt at publication, and I'm nearing the end of my first draft. I'm interested in feedback and support, as well as making new writing friends. You can find me on Twitter as stacygreen26, and my blog is http://stacygreenauthor.blogspot.com/.
Look forward to getting to know you all!
Hey Stacy!
So nice to meet you. I'm crazy busy at the moment, but if your still needing help around the middle of July, I'd love to read your stuff! :-) my email is beth(at)elizabethisaacs.com
Welcome to the crazy world of Chirenjenzie!

Thank you. I look forward to an exchange of thoughts and opinions.

I'm fairly new to this whole world. My first novel,Under the Same Sky was published Jan 2012 by Berkley, and the second, Sound of the Heart will be out May 1 2012. These are the first two books I've ever written. They're historical adventure (I shy away from historical "romance" even though I'm with Berkley Sensation, so there's a HEA!) with a paranormal twist. I work mostly around the mid-1800's and I write gritty - I don't pull punches. I was inspired to write by Diana Gabaldon's genius.
Anyway, thanks again. I'm terrible at being active on these groups (busy writing and running my editing business) but I'll try!
- Genevieve
If you're terrible at being active you'll fit right into our little group! :-)
We started as a group of writers on twitter that wanted more than 140 characters (there's a shocker :-). In the course of getting to know one another, knicknames were given. Long story short, I'm Chi (pronounce kye. It's short for Chimera. Blame Izzie for that one :-) Italia Trent is Ren, Jenn Sprague is Jen, and Hope Collier is Izzie. Put them all together and you get Chi-Ren-Jen-Zie. Goofy as it sounds, that's how we got this even goofier name! We also have a blog. http://www.chirenjenzie.blogspot.com in which we take part in our author's blog tours, shout out anything that's going on in your life, and all authors here are encouraged to write a post every now and then (when they come up for air from their own projects, of course :-).
I'll add your books to our shelf, and welcome to the insanity!

Of course...Insanity is what we do. :-)
