Okay, I decided to wait on Brodick of Ransom. He's a fine Scottish boy so his menu will include some Scottish cuisine. He loves the beef but our boy wants to go a little more healthy today and requests Scottish Salmon from the River Tweed. Along with a side order of stovies and some carrots, turnips, cabbages and cauliflower. Let's not forget the crowdie. To drink, he will have a fine Scottish ale made in Edinburgh. He'll have dessert after I get off work.

My 2nd victim... I mean, customer, will be Lucky Doucet from Lady's Lady. Dat boy is a cajun honey! You know he wants that spicy cajun food. So for an appetizer, along with the oysters, he will want a little Crawfish Bisque. To drink, he will have Cocktail à la Louisiane, followed by some sweet ice tea. For the main course Lucky wants a good ole Jambalaya, along with some squash and greens. Later we will share some pralines and Beignets.

I'll definitely wait on KMM "Highlander" heroes. It will be highland lamb, boiled potato with heavy cream and chives, bannocks, root veggie, and tons of beer/ale for drink. For desert, it will be lots of wine and honey-covered "me". (I hope this is clean enough) :-)
