or Catherine Earnshaw in Wuthering Heights
or Harry in HP"
Catherine Earnshaw is the most interesting choice I've ever seen here! Prey tell, going all gothic and stuff I would love to be Jane from Jane Eyre :)
I still think, that it would be awesome to step into the world created in the series "Song of Ice and Fire" by George R.R. Martin

Haha I think I would be a little scared to step into that world though I would definitely think dying was worth it if I could meet the King of the North & Tyrion Lannister.....like omg....Game of Thrones has the most amazing characters ever crafted!

I have to agree with you.. I even like the way they made these characters feel so real in TV series...

"The Turn of the screw", so that I could talk to the people, visit the house, and maybe finally understand the book (or get scared out of my wits).

The one by Henry James right? .. well if it's up to me, I would steer clear from stepping into this kind of set.. Dare is one thing, and haunting is (way) another.
imho.. :)

LOL...exactly! Forget everything. You'd be smashed to bits!:P
Have you seen television series? It's a nice depiction but I really really hate the way they end the season abruptly...
No, I want to read the second Under The Dome book first, then I'll rent the t.v. series on DVD.
It can't be as good as the book.

Very seldom. Shutter Island being the exception. Okay, good to know.

Must read that some day, Soul. Sounds awesome.
& awesome it is Aaron, no matter how many adjectives I use they fail to describe the immensity of the plot & sheer brilliance which got into creating 'A Masterpiece'...
Wow. You've sold me. I have to read this book!

Hi Grace,
I, ioo, loved JANE EYRE. In high school and college, I'd read it at lest once a year. I liked the book's goth romantic sensibility. Then, years later, I discovered its sequel, WIDE SARGASSO SEA by Jean Rhys--which takes a very different perspective from the original story. The writing is beautiful; the story, shocking and stunning. Check it out in the link below:
