1. I fell out of a moving truck in 2nd grade, and all I got was a chipped tooth and some rocks in my knee.

2. It was pretty much sealed that I was a bookworm when I read my first book at 4 years old (it was Jack and the Beanstalk). But it was a story I wrote in first grade that made me realize I could actually WRITE stories. I wrote my first novel in 2010. No, you will never see it. I published my first book in 2013. Yes, you can find that, and the sequel that came after.

3. Ever since I got my Kindle for Christmas, I've been reading like it's going out of style. If I like the book, I devour it in a day or two, and then move on to my next. I have to budget to be able to afford this addictive habit.

4. I've been drinking coffee since I was young. It kind of became a way for me to connect with my dad when I was a know-it-all bratty teenager (I'm 36 now, and don't know half as much as I knew then). I drank it with lots of milk and sugar. I eventually weaned myself off the sugar. Recently I began drinking it black. I never thought I'd like it that way. But now I love it. You can actually taste the sweetness in the beans when you drink it without anything standing in the way.

5. My favorite book so far is The Lovely Bones. I've read it numerous times. People either love it or hate it, mostly because of her way with prose. Alice Sebold uses total literary license when describing things, making art out of description. It makes me feel all gushy inside, and I just want to wrap myself up in her words. I don't really like any of her other books. But that one had me at hello.

1. I love to learn. I have 5 college degrees and just enrolled yesterday to get another one.

2. One of my favorite hobbies is scuba diving, particularly in tropical water. I love going on dive trips with my dad and my husband. It's too bad that diving's kind of expensive, otherwise I'd do it more than once a year.

3. I went to college to become an archaeologist. After I graduated, I discovered that there's hardly any paying jobs in the field, so I decided to follow my mother's footsteps and become a ballroom dance teacher.

5. I am completely obsessed with books. I have an ebook collection of over 10,000. I also have a small hard back and paper back collection...though most of them are autographed. Plus I have a *slight* addiction to reading challenges.

1. I was diagnosed with pilonidal cyst disease two years ago and have gotten 11 surgeries since then. Due to this, I can't go to school, so I am home schooled.
2.I'm a HUGE Disney fan. I grew up on The Little Mermaid and The Jungle Book. Tinker Bell is my favorite character.
3.Books are the reason I'm still here. Books helped me battle depression and reading is my safe place.

1.) I am 26 and the mother of a slightly crazed 2 1/2 year old. Yes, I say she is slightly crazed but that may be because she has drove me crazy and has already turned my hair grey. lol.
2.) I don't work. I am a stay at home mommy. I hate housekeeping so my house stays clean. Does that make sense? Yea I didn't think so either.
3.) My book preference is pretty straightforward. But then again it hasn't always been. I like young adult angels, ghost, pretty much all paranormal. Oh I forgot the most important which is Greek mythology. I don't care if it isn't based on correct facts. I know just enough to make me happy. I was 12 when I started reading adult romance books. Can I name you any author? Yes. One. Linda Lael Miller. Quit laughing. And no my mother didn't know I was sneaking her books. She only has about a million. True story.
4.) I don't read single books. I mean I use to but I was always left with the feeling that there has to be more. So I went to reading series.
5.) And the last one and most neurotic of them all is I refuse to read series that are unfinished. I have no patience when it comes to reading. I will contribute this to ALL of my patience being put into better and more time consuming efforts. If I read a series that is not finished it literally takes months to willing open up to the idea of reading a different series. I keep hoping the author gets hit on the head and give me more answers. It never happens.
