I daydream a lot, too. A lot. But after having a discussion about daydreaming with some friends, I think this is somewhat normal. I read some study about daydreaming, though, that said you are most unhappy when you are daydreaming.

1. I'm a published poet - I have a haiku published in my college yearly poetry review.
2. In my early 20s I was a wildland firefighte..."

2. I have RA (rheumatoid arthritis) which I am on disability for.
3. I have a 13 year old son.
4. Besides reading, I have started to crochet and find it ve..."
I would love to learn to crochet. My sister tried to teach me to knit several years ago and it was pathetic. My hands tend to be shaky and unbalanced.

1. I am a 6th grade Science teacher in Texas. Its a bit crazy at times, but I love my job. I spend a lot of time looking for cool labs to do with my kids that go along with our curriculum.
2. I am addicted to Uncle John's Bathroom Readers. I have read almost every single one more than once.
3. I have lived in three major cities of Texas: Houston, Austin, San Antonio. I loved different things about each one.
4. I can't stand bacon or macaroni and cheese. People think I am demented because of this.

I just saw this! Stupid GR notifications. I bet you're a good teacher. Also, I don't really like bacon either. Or coffee. :( I love mac & cheese, though! Sadly, I just found out that I've got Celiac Disease and will have to eat gluten-free for the rest of my life. No more Kraft Macaroni & Cheese! I'm sure there's some good gluten-free stuff out there, though.
I need to look up these Uncle John's Bathroom Readers...

I currently live about 45 minutes north of Houston and I like being able to go into town but still live somewhat out in the country.

Anywayz...
#1 - LOVED science when I was a kid. Guess that is why I became a nurse.
#2. I've read a couple of the Uncle John Bathroom Readers. I have them in the book rack in my guest bath. LOL!
#3. I was born in Texas, but I was only there long enough to change a few diapers.
#4. Love bacon (however, I've gone vegan since September), but NOT M&C. **whispers: Don't tell Sashana!** However, I've heard this one on Food Network is great: Three Cheese Mac & Cheese.
#5 - LOVE coffee, but I try to stay away from it. Used to eat coffee ice cream most every night; however, like I said, I've gone vegan. Still, I've been making vegan espresso cookies for Christmas. Yum. Of course, they taste best when dunked in coffee. LOL!

Zumba sounds really fun! I've heard good things about it. I LOVE Food Network and used to watch it all the time back when I had cable. I would love to take cooking classes too. I like to cook and bake, but there's a lot I don't know.

I've thought of trying Zumba, Monica. Maybe I should try it...once. ☺

I have lived in Texas all my life. I have visited many places but no state is like Texas. (forgive me my bias)
I think I might just try that mac and cheese. I have heard its better when you add sour cream. I might have to try it.
@ Mary
I am sorry you have to go gluten free. My pastor has the same problem. He has a hard time because there are so many foods that he loves with gluten in it.

I've been okay with it so far. For Christmas I got lots of gluten-free chocolate snacks and baked goods. :-) I do miss bread, cake, etc., but it hasn't been terrible so far.

Really? That would be great! Thank you! Most of the bread I've tried has been really crumbly. I have had some amazing gluten-free blueberry muffins, though.

2. I would one day want to move to a rural area
3. I dont't like travelling
4. I like baking cupcakes
5. I need time alone to keep myself sane :P

Fact about me: I am not ashamed to admit that I will buy $5 a piece cupcakes from a boutique near my house. Because they are just that dang good. And no one believes me until they try one, then they get it.
