Please list any websites which have been helpful to you in the past when picking books for challenges.

I love it too!!! So very helpful...especially when I'm trying to find out if there is/will be sometime soon a new book in one of "my" series!
That site was invaluable when I was making my list for my Lifetime of Books Challenge. You can click on a year and see all books published that year. Awesome. :)
Where is the year button? That would have been helpful...I did have enough to line up all the books for that challenge though with ones I have...and now 2/3 or more done!! (started end of May/start of June so thrilled!)
There is a year list on GR (http://www.goodreads.com/book/popular...) and on FantasticFiction you can find them here: http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/yea... That's a link for 2010, but then just enter the year you're interested in. Plus, you can click on the year in the book description and will take you to that year to search. :D
Here's what I used, it's the most popular books by year, and you can narrow the categories in the drop down box:Most Popular Books by Release Year
Yippee! Now know where it is...hmm....time to start thinking of another challenge to use that. Just kidding!
I got one on the way that has just two outta ~ 50 that ask for a specific published year. But if you are in Yz/RRRC's Relay, that baby comes in SUPER handy!
I'm in it...as a Cheerleader! Waving my virtual pom-poms Go Steph Go! (And for other SOS buds who have taken the plunge!)
At the end of it all, I'll be the one holding my side, panting, pulling a "Run, Fat Boy, Run" push through the "wall" to the finish line. LOL! It's definitely a challenge to find books to fit into this one and that's been fun *cough*not*cough* so far. LOL!
Yeah, I keep having to shuffle, shuffle them books around. Dining table groaning under piles of books with sticky notes with dates on them. lol.
I just rewrote my list(s) for the nth time. It's getting to the point where my eraser is tearing through the paper there have been so many changes. What did we get ourselves into?! LOL!
