does anyone know the name of the book/author by a san francisco based psychiatris in the 60ies, who postulated that srt is the least harmful profession??
Justeenetta, i do not know the answer to your question. However artist Man Ray had a similar quote. I think (this is a Big Summary, i think) that while painters might not be the most useful of professions, it is the least harmful of society. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_Ray

Hi, I just finnished reading book for August 2010, "The Flying Carpet To Baghdad" by Hala Jaber, and it was really interesting reading and I enjoyed it.
Hi, Maria !This thread is for What I read in July 2010.
The August 2010 thread will go up a day or so before the start of Sept. Please be sure to post all your books read in August there.
Also if you could include a GR link when giving a book title it will be very helpful to the other posters as they can just click on the link to get a synopsis and other info on the book you are talking about.
Thanks !
