In a weird way I can actually imagine that. In the end of CoG they seemed to have a grudging respect for each other and I can see Simon kinda unwilling realizing he is a good singer and letting him in the band.

I think Isabelle and him would be cute, but she might be a little too wild for Simon. I like Izzy better, but Maia to me is a better fit for him.
I just think he has better chemistry with Isabelle, and more of a connection with her. Izzy is amazing, I want someone amazing for her. I adore Simon, so I like them together.
