Millie was walking home from school when she she saw the body. there was so much blood soaking into the freshly fallen snow, that his corpse made her think of the funny song "dashing throught he snow, on a pair of broken skis, over the hills we go, crashing into trees, bang, bang, bang. the snow is turning red, i think im gonna be dead, so send me to the hospital, with stitches in my head....." yeah that one. but she didnt see any skiis and she also didnt think he would be going to the hospital to get stitches, because this guy was so obviously dead. Millie nudged him with her foot. he didnt move. 'ew' thought millie to herself, 'i guess i should deal with this'. she clutched his/its wrist and they both turned invisible momentarily, reappearing in the dith by the forest on the side of the road. she levitated the snow and dumped a ton of it on the body.
she stood there awkwardly, "um... rest in peace i guess." then she continued walking home, promising herself that the first thing she'd do would be to wash her hands.

Keara was gazing out a paned window at the setting sun.The orange yellow light spilled over her embroidered dress like honey and reflected of the silver crown on her head.She was sitting on a throne of pure gold set with rubies.As the sun sank behind the distant hills she stood and turned away from the window looking instead around her room.It was beautiful to say the least across from her was her bed with silk sheets and a canopy.The walls were covered in tapestries depicting miniature knights and dragons.She walked serenely across the room her taffeta gown rustling along the floor when there was a sudden noise the room wavered and blurred.She tried to focus and for a moment her surroundings became extremely clear and then the noise again and her illusion vanished and she found herself in her true home.She was behind a small variety store leaning against her tree.Her throne was a knobbly root and her taffeta gown was actually a dirty ripped pair of jeans and and over large blue hoodie.She heard the noise again and jumped up just as a police man turned the corner of the building but all he saw was a half starved tabby cat staring up at him with doleful eyed.He disapeared around the other side of the building and Keara still disguised as a cat quickly ran across the street and kept running until she reached the other side of town.

Dustin felt nothing for killing that man and leaving him there. He got what he wanted. Now all he needed to do was find them. Starting his prized Lamborgini Dustin drove through the rundown part of town. Most of the home were boarded up and ugly. Humming a merry evil toon Dustin stopped at a stop light.

Millie stepped out of the shower and into some dry clothes. she looked at her reflection in the bathroom mirror and sighed. she hated her appearance. nobody talked to her at school. nobody cared. she turned invisible for a second and gazed into the blank mirror. 'better'. she thought to herself. life would be so much easier is she were dead. she snapped back into view, and scowled. if she could only be invisible for longer, life might be better. she left the bathroom and tried to find something to eat.

Alex ran down the rainy alleyway, she wasn't planning on seeing him anymore. She was done with him, he had hurt her enough--physically, and mentally. She knew he was trailing behind her, so she tightened the darkness behind her making it harder to see, she then enhanced the rain.

Seth landed. He knew he would not find her yet. But of course all he would have to do would be to follow the darkness, but that was far too dangerous. So he would wait until later.

Millie stepped outside into the snow, and realized with happiness that it was raining :) she loved the rain. she started running through it laughing, and didnt stop until she reached the store. before she went in though, she saw a very skinny cat, sitting by a tree beside the store. it looked hungry. 'poor thing.' Millie thought sadly before going inside to get some sugar for her mom who was baking cookies.

Alex found a building with its lights still on, so she slipped inside, hoping that Seth would not know where to look. It seemed to be a store of some kind.

Millie searched the shelves for sugar, but couldnt find anything. "damn... where IS it?" she muttered to herself, getting frustrated. she had a bad feeling creeping up on her and she was almost posistive it had nothing to do with the sugar. she heard the bell at the door chime and saw a girl walk in. she looked worried. a little bit scared but also frustrated for some reason. she shook her head at the uncertainty that kept creeping back, and kept looking for the stupid sugar.

once out of sight of the police men she removed the illusion and stood looking at the town.She didn't know what to do she had been staying in this town for almost a week,moving to different locations each day.As far as she knew no one had caught on.She stood there,it was raining,she pulled on her hood.She stood there until it got dark.The day which had been fairly warm despite the snow was growing chilly as night drew near shivering she morphed back into the tabby cat and slunk under a nearby porch curling into a tight ball.She decided to sleep there until morning

Millie at last found the sugar and sighed in relief. she didnt know what she was so worked up about, but all she knew was that she had to get home. she reached the check out counter and the woman standing there ran it through. "8.95" she said, sounding bored. "yeah, just a sec", Millie told her, and put her hand to her pocket for her wallet, "let me..." she froze. where was her wallet??? it was gone. no, that couldnt be... she remembered taking it with her when she left... it must have fallen out when she was running through the rain. "shit..." she tried to say quietly, but the cashier raised an eyebrow at her. "is there a problem?" she asked.
"um, i must have lost my wallet somewhere... listen, could i maybe just take this and come back tomoro with the money? i really need this." Millie practically begged. her mom wasnt strict, but if she found out she lost her wallet, she be locked up in her room for the rest of the year.
the cashier pursed her lips at her and said "no." then she pulled out a sword and missed her head by a millimeter.

Alex saw the light shine off of the sword, and she gasped. She pulled a mask out of her back pack, and slipped it over her eyes. it was just a masquerade mask, but it hid her identity. She walked over to the cashier. "hello," She said, her fists clenched.

Millie stared at the masked girl and completely freaked out. she was gonna get them both killed! without thinking, Millie grabbed onto her arm and they dissapeared. she guided them out of the store and across the street where she tripped and lost concentration. they landed in the snowy ditch, and the girl with the mask was glaring at her.

[Andy]

"What is going on?" Talisman (Alex) asked the girl in front of her.

[Locé]

Millie was shocked. she couldnt believe she had freaked out so bad. she felt extremely stupid. "i- i um... im sorry..." she stuttered stupidly.

[Andy]

"You cannot bring swords out and stab at people!" Talisman shouted. "And--crap." there was a creature with large wings in the sky. "I will overlook this if you can hide me!" she said frantically.

[Locé]

"i didn't stab anyone! it was that crazy cahier." Maya grabbed her arm and they turned invisible. "how much longer?" Maya whispered, "i won't be able to keep this up for long. its harder with two people."

[Andy]

"Just until he" Alex pointed at Seth "leaves me alone..."

"who exactly IS he? creepy stalker flying ex-boyfriend or something?" Millie guessed sarcastically.
she was beginning to feel her powers wavering. she led them under the cover of the trees, and when she was certain they were hidden from arial view, she uninvisibilified them.

[Andy]

"Long story..." Alex said... "I could shorten it though i guess... He's my ex boyfriend who has wings. He wants me back, but i can't take him back because two heroes make a villian... in this case. Seperate we are fine, but together... we sorta cause havok..."

[Locé]

"oh." Said Millie, pretending to understand, but not getting a word of it. "i have to go home." Millie said.

[Andy]

"B-But!" It was too late the girl let go, and Seth was still overhead.

There she was! "Alex!" Seth swooped down and was about to land when a large gust of wind sent him flying in the oposite direction.
Alex ran until she hit someone... or something. She looked up into the face of the beast. "uh... hi?" She tried. There was an earsplitting roar, and Alex shielded herself from the blow to come... but it didn't come. She peeked through a gap in her arms, and the beast was sprawled out a few metres away... but there. in front of Alex stood the winged boy, facing away from her. He turned smiling. He was wearing only a pair of shorts, and a shark tooth necklace.
"Do you own a shirt?" Alex asked as she turned to walk away.
"Alex. Wait." he smiled again, "I love you."
Ales stopped. "You what?"
"I love you."
Alex turned toward him... she could not be sucked into this again. "I'm sorry." She blinded him with a bright light, and darkened the surrounding area, then shot a gust of wind to make her run faster... she was long gone when his eyes adjusted.

Dustin pulled into one of the many houses he owned. This one he bought mainly because he knew there were super's in the area.

Keara awoke under the porch freezing cold.The sun was high in the sky she guessed it was around 10:00.She crawled out shaking snow out of her matted fur,when she saw somwthing in the snow across the street.Ducking behind a bush she worked one of her illusions,when she stepped out she was a woman in her mid thirties with strawberry blond hair and green eyes,wearing a long black coat.She walked across the street and bent down to pick up what it was she had seen.It turned out to be a wallet.It had some sort of design on it but it was to worn out for her to make out what it was.She opened it and pulled out fifteen bucks.She smiled"This is my lucky day."she thought.
