Calling all Small Press or Self Published Authors!

I've been working over an idea on how we small press can help each other out. With a billion e-books on Amazon, it can be hard to get your title recognized. Amazon has a policy that once your book is ranked in the hundreds, then when someone looks at a title in your genre, your book is flashed as “people who like this.”

Getting to the hundreds can take months. But if we all help each other, I think we can get there much easier.

Pick a day that you want people to buy your kindle version – list it at .99 for that day or that weekend. Preferably pick an hour you want people to buy your book. If you can get 50 people to buy it in the same hour, you will be in the top 100’s!

I’ll help you if you will help me. I think of it as advertising cost for the book. (Amazon takes 70% of each sale!)

My date is August 1st (the day Book Two will be printed).
