This is a relatively recent novel--published within the last 10 years, I think--about a man from Portugal (or possibly Spain) who lives for hundreds of years traveling through the Americas and then back in Europe. His life is tied to some aspect of the history of chocolate at every stage. The title may have the word "chocolate" in it, but I'm not sure. Thanks for any help!
