I love to read original, humorous, books where the conflict is expressed as the inner turmoil of the main character. Whackers is the story of Don, an introspective loser who is faced with his inner turmoil upon meeting Candy Stripper, a beautiful, vivacious, woman who craves to be the center of attention at any cost. It's an original and very funny story showing the vast differences between the sexes.
