fine i'll admit, i cried when Jace died
it was more like tearing up too, but really sad for sure. considering it was his so called father who killed him.

What im confused
Im re-reading this one because to me its like a bridge between the first and the third (plus its the only one out of the three i have at this moment in time)hah, but yeah I loved the whole series
i love rereading them and living it all over again
don't know excactly what I think about this second book... parts of it were very predictable and weren't a surprise for me - although the writing was fluent and easy to read. I don't like how Simon turned out though and I'm looking forward when Jace and Clary finds out that they aren't siblings - hope it will end like this :) - otherwise I'll be really pissed!hope clarys mother wakes up and tell them it was all just a fake from valentine... so they can be together

Loved Becuase It Is Bitter. She should do more short stories since there's such a long wait between her book publications.
Okay I realize I'm kind of late for a thought. But I thought the second book was a weak leak in the series. I liked it but it wasn't has happening as the others. And now that I've read the fifth book and waiting for city of lost souls I know the second book wasn't as good.
It wasn't as gripping as the first book was. Atleast not until it got to the part where Simon turns into a vampire. UGGHHHH but I hate that Simon and clary got together -___- haha I wish Jace and Clary weren't bro and sis! and it was so creepy tat the fearie queen made them kiss ew INCEST hahaha
I am really annoyed by simon though he just needs to forget about clary and go out with Isabelle!!
OMG for a second there, I thought Simon actually died, Thank god Jace has somewhat of a heart.

This was my least favorite. I honestly really thought it would turn me on being the sequel but at first it was kind of boring. It got exciting during the fight scenes in the boat and i loved the ending! This book does not change my thoughts about Cassandra Clare at all
