yeah, i see what u guys mean... but he could kind of match Corand's personalities, with his looks and all. I think he fit. But he's too young. Hmmm, who should play Conrand ?
what about stven r. mcqueen for conrad?
he is cute but for some reason i think he doesnt fit conrads personality...

I wanted her to end up with Jeremiah so bad because I didn't like Conrad at all , he is so selfish and wants everything for himself and when he felt that his brother will get something so good as Belly he had to come after her , I feel that Conrad is the worst brother ever!!
Even though Conrad treated her badly, it was only because he was looking out for Jeremiah like he promised Susannah. He is in love with her. She has been in love with him forever. I hope she marries Conrad. It will always be you, Conrad.
in the third book, my favorite parts were when conrad was vulerable. it was sooooo cahuteeeee!<3 like when he was talking to laurel and he told her their marriage was killing him and he started crying. also, when he told belly how he felt it was INCREDIBLE. lastly, when the next day they were talking and he was like mad cuz she wouldn't let him keep his pride from the night before,he got in the car and did his pov which was absolutely adorable since he was talking about how he saw the look in her eye tht she still loved him and he wanted to run away with her and was so happy and hopeful it just about broke my heart from the utter cuteness of it all.<3333

I love how Jenny Han added his thoughts in the book! It just shows how much he loves Belly and how much he cares. But he just didn't show it. He wants Belly to be happy and he couldn't break the his promise wiht Susannah. It's so cute!! <3
same here ... but my prob is that it doesnt explain everything... i wanted to know what conrad wanted to say when they broke up with belly in the car park after the prom. because he didnt seem like he wanted to break up but belly didnt let him finish... but we will never know that.... :(
I was wondering the same thing. I would have liked to know how Conrad felt while they were together, and what he wanted to say at prom. If he could explain why he kept going back and forth. I mean he tells her he was just so angry, but if he loved her so much, shouldn't he have been able to open up to her a little bit at least. I would have liked to know a little bit more of Conrads perspective. I really really liked all three books. At the end though I wanted to laugh because Belly has been very intimate with both brothers, even though she didn't have sex with Jere, I'm sure after two years they got pretty close. I would think it would be a little awkard knowing she's been so close to both brothers.... Also, I was thinking about Jere and how he would feel after having spent two years dating her, being best friends, and having loved her for so long, only to have to watch her marry and have a family with his brother. That has to be a very emotionally stressful family get together.
yeah but the tinme they got married, jere had already had a new date... so i think he discovered it would have been stupid to marry her... and i would have also liked details about their letter when belly was abroad and how they finally decided to be together and what conrad did while belly was abroad....
if there is a movie maybe Zach Efron could play conrad...but i kind of want to see a lot of unknown actors play the characters.

how about Astrid Berges-Frisbey as Belly? i know she is 25 but she looks like 16 :)
I actually wanted Lily Collins to play Belly and some unknowns to play the rest but maybe Cameron Diaz as Susannah. But definitely Lily Collins as Belly!!!
I personally believe that both boys would make a good loyal companion, but Belly would not feel satisfied with her life if Conrad wasnt in it.

Well when I was reading the lyrics for each and every song, I read the one to Moth Wings by Passion Pit and how it said, "Your just like your father," and I thought maybe one of the two boys was gonna be acting exactly like Mr. Fisher. And it happens!!! And to think CONRAD was silently freaking out thinking he was ending up like his dad and Jere was gonna be like Susannah, all friendly, comforting and caring!!
HOW WRONG HE WAS!!!! Ha!

Ya thats true, but it also makes me sad that Jeremiah gotten turned into just an unlikable person. Don;t get me wrong I am and always was Team Conrad, but i really liked jere as a character. Plus he was the underdog and a little part of me couldnt help routing for him. It sucks that he had to be shown as such a jerk, when in the previous book he was such a "golden boy"

Me too. Especially with the fact that for the first two books I was team Jeremiah (even thought after INSWY some time during the wait for WAHS I suddenly turned to Team Conrad. Idk, I just did.) And how he always lived in Conrad's shadow and how he was just the Golden Boy Sweetheart who loved everyone and took care of everybody.
And then in WAHS all that just went to crap. He just seriously pissed me off in book 3. The way he was so cocky and overconfident and such a frat boy!! And then the part, oh then the part when he told Belly he wanted her to wipe her feelings for Conrad clean out of her heart and for him to have all of her. I was like....HE of all people should have known that Belly would ALWAYS love Conrad in a chunk of her heart! What should have mattered was who she loved more; him or Conrad and who she was choosing to spend the rest of her life with!!!
I seriously felt like screaming, WHAT HAPPENED TO AMERICA'S GOLDEN BOY AND WHO THE HE** IS THIS?!?!
But hey, things can't stay the same forever, right? Especially with people.
dont get me wrong i love jerimiah, and conrad has had his handful of mistakes, ESPECIALLY PROM ! but....... i just picture conrad is THE one, he has to be. it cant be jerimiah. BUT THIS SERIES IS SO WRONG kissing both brothers?!?!?!?!??! lol

ok so hmmm not to be mean really but i just reread the first two books and the first says when belly is in the car with cam smth like 'I whistled. My whistle was something i was proud of' and the second book when mr fisher comes to the summer house to tell conrad to leave and conrad and jere are surfing so belly meets mr fiher first and she says she should give them some kind of sign like whistle. and then she says but i cant whistle. just realised...:) i was just bored not trying to insult really :D
idk both dudes are ok but its like so weird ditching a boyfriend for their brother??? ugh
