This is a book that was really gruesome. I really like how Eve saved Ariel, but I still think it would have been nice if Robert Lowell would have gotten a blast of cold water on him, or a swift kick (I realize Eve couldn't have allowed that one, but still...)

Question: Each one of the torture murders showed the characters of each of the victims. Would you give up or fight to live?

It seems there are 2 threads on this book. In response to Dee's question....I have such a low tolerance for pain, I'm not sure I'd have the will to fight. The killer's goal is to extend life as long as possible....I'd hate to give him the satisfaction. Yep, I think I'd check out like Gia Rossi did. Take the fun out of it!
