If the image is not the correct image for that ISBN, then it needs to be changed. But if there are two covers for that ISBN, then an alternate cover edition needs to be made for it.

No, if it's the incorrect image, it's likely it was imported from Amazon or B&N. If you've got the right one just upload it.

Maybe more care needs to be exercised in this area, because of course one ISBN can have more than one cover.

Looking at the 'The Hermit and the Rose' the cover uploaded is in Arabic, the book is in English.

So the arabic cover should be on an arabic book which wouldn't have the same ISBN, as ISBN's are language coded.

Abigail, maybe you should message the librarian who uploaded the image and ask him to create the book in arabic. If it is the same book, then combine, and the cover isn't lost.

Is there somebody we should notify when the cover image is wrong? I've got a case where somebody put up the US cover for the UK book--I suspect because when it refreshed from Amazon (rather than Amazon.co.uk) the wrong cover got inserted. Added complication: the UK cover hasn't yet been released so it needs to be set back to the "no image" place holder.
