i finished reading it last night and im kinda dissapointed somethings were still not wraped up... like jace and clary being related and what the inquister wispered to jace before she died... i still think it will come out jace and clary are not realated but i guess ill have to wait to find out :(

Of course they're not related. The omnipotent author knows that so it's okay that they're lusting for each other because it'll all be fine in the end. Unfortunately, she forgot the readers don't know so Clary and Jace just come off looking like completely pathetic kids who both need a cold shower and some counselling on why incest is bad and actually making an effort to get over one another, instead of giving lip service (Clary) or acting like you don't see the problem (Jace).

I read somewhere that Jace is actually the Inqusitors son, when she saw the scar on his shoulders and she sacrifices herself for him and smiles, also whispering something. AND of course aValentine won't say anything about that, he's finding the whole situation between his "children" rather amusing. What a sick bastard.

I think the plot will completely get ruined if that were the case, if Cas Clare worked up two whole books about them then that would be a waste. And since is Simon is out of the forbidden love triangle there would be no point in adding Sebastian.
