Nat- I wish fanfics counted as books too, I'd have my goal by now if they did.

I totally would too! And some are just so long! And I spend the time reading them! I'm going to count it.
Nat- I actually saw a post on I think it must have been the GR Librarians group about how the creators intend to add fanfics as books later on, but it'd be when the fanfic is completely finished. I could be wrong though, I saw the post a while ago.

Lol, Nat, you would probably end up reading like 500 "books" this year if fanfic counted.

I've really never gotten into reading fanfic...the writing is just so different from the real authors, that even when it's good, I find it really jarring.
Yeah it's really confusing jumping from different styles of writing about the same characters and story:P

And it's this particular author who has updated several stories recently, but this one's her best fic!

There's one that I'm really into and that's really popular that hasn't updated since September, and I thought that was a lot!
