you guys are so lucky! I'd love to live where it didn't get cold
Lol, it's cold everywhere at some time. But here in SoCal, the temp could get up to 90 degrees even in the winter.
Haha, yeah, summer is nice here. Winters are usually about 60, 50ish range. thats cold for us. (below 50, that is.) At least in Central Cali. SoCal (Souther California) might be different...
Bbbrrrrrr...*shiver, shiver* The coldest weather I've ever been in was -40 degrees C. I was in Canada, visiting extended family for Christmas. I'm not sure what that is in F...to lazy to look up one of those converter-thingy-boppers.XP
Huh. So I looked up - 40 C and did it on done of those C to F converters, and -40 C is the same as -40 F. I KNEW THAT!!!!
Haha, wow. THe coldest (that I remember) it getting here is around -10 degrees F, most of the time it doesn't dip below 0 degrees F, though. But that's only in the winter. In the summer it's like 110 F at the highest i can recall- but heat is worse here because there's so much humidity. Often in the summer months you can basically drink the air. It's horrible.
I'd rather have the dry heat-though not the extremes, mind you-than the humidity. It was one of the first things I noticed when I was in Indiana for a week this summer-- no humidity.
last year it got to -15 F where in massachusetts, it was ridiculous

Haha so this dude from marching band works @ a grocery store and he told me this hilarious joke! so he's like paper or plastic? Customer: I don't care i'm bisacual!!!! Haha tht just made me laugh! Ask if u don't get it :P
That's pretty good. But I laugh at anyone who thinks below 50 degrees is cold. No offense or anything. Just try living in the Northeast for more than a month during the winter.
Try living where I live... I don't where it is in Fahrenheit, but we get to -25, -30 degrees Celsius here. The summers only get up to about plus 20 or 18, but our winters... UGH
Kate- yup! Right there with you! I don't live as far north as you do (just a few state's difference) but I know how it gets. Yeah, 50 degrees is pretty dang comfortable
Way lives in Canada. :) In the province of Saskatchewan. Oh man, I sound like a real creeper right there. Sorry if you felt that way, Way! (hehehe)
It's okay, Rae, I'm not disturbed by your creeper-ness.But yeah, I live in Western Canada and it really freezes here. I hate January and February. So. Much.
You mean the indoor water park at the West Edmonton Mall? Its pretty cool, I've been there once or twice. VERY fun. But I don't know how to ski, and I've never tried. Is it very fun?
Skiing! Hahaha, actually, when my family went to Banff a few years back, we were amazed by all the Australians that were there. It seems you`re not the only one who wants to skiing. Unfortunately, where I live is a flat wasteland so downhill skiing is lousy.
Right now it`s only -17 degrees Celsius, so it`s not awful, but certainly not nice or anything. According to the conversion calculator, -17 C is about 1.4 F.
OH MY GOSH, IT IS 69 DEGREES RIGHT NOW WHERE I LIVE AND I'M STILL A LITTLE CHILLY IN SHORT SLEEVES. HOW DO YOU SURVIVE?!
Its 70 degrees where I am. Um, not to sound stalkerish, but where do you live, G-luv? Just generally, like what country?
I could have sworn we already went over how I lived in SoCal and you lived in Central Cali...or maybe I'm wrong. O_o
Giveronsomeluv wrote: "OH MY GOSH, IT IS 69 DEGREES RIGHT NOW WHERE I LIVE AND I'M STILL A LITTLE CHILLY IN SHORT SLEEVES. HOW DO YOU SURVIVE?!"Easy. I just stay inside for six months and refuse to stick my head out the door ;)
Well, no, but you get used to it, Asiyah. I've lived here all my life so I don't even know what it would be like to live somewhere warmer.
