There is a lot of wind where I live, so even if the temperatures are above/at 0, wind chill get down in the negatives.

30: tank tops and short shorts and still really hot
25: It's hot out.
20: hey it's nice out!!
15: still nice out
10: warm-ish
5: getting cold. You want to start wearing jeans, definitely.
0: break out the jackets
-5: ugh it's kinda cold out
-10: definitely need a winter jacket. I can see my breath. It's cold.
-15: IT'S COLD OUT
-20: So cold. Jacket, mitts, toques, boots, probably like five feet of snow.
-25: remember when the sun was a thing? That was nice
-30: why has God forsaken us the world is white there is no colour only cold and death
-35: yeah don't go outside for long or you die

Yeah because "in the twenties" is a pretty big range like you've got your nice weather at around 20 and at like 29 it's starting to get hot
