Well, I technically have an essay due next week in History too, but it's not really an essay- and it's extremely easy to write and my teacher assigns us 4 for each 9-week term to do along with 12 "journals" (in which I can write in any format I want, about anything I want) for each term so it's not difficult to do at all.

SCHOOL'S CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am just so happy, I want to jump around everywhere!!! There were high winds yesterday, so the electricity is out for my whole school district!!! This is like the best day ever!! Since Nat and I go to the same school, she doesn't have school today either!!! I plan on going on the internet and reading Delirium all day! :)

And here I am, in Southern California whereas everyone is an Aussie. (Lol, I know not everyone is, but it feels like a lot of people are.)

Yeah, well, we have some days built into our calender as compensation for snow days so they don't add too many days to the end of the year- I think they add like 1 day for every 3 missed or something similar.

Yeah hey now! Me not an Aussie! (I wanna visit, but that's another story) I is an AmERican. (Yeah, just playing there, I don't talk like that unless I'm joking around about something- and even then only occasionally)

Asiyah- Well, I think up to a week can be added- any more then that and the teacher's just have to try and work around the shortness. But that's what happens when you livei n a place where you know that it will be likely that you'll get at least 3-4 snow days a school-year.

We get five snow days before they start taking away from vacations and stuff. So far we've already had two because of the Halloween storm. Last year half our midterms got canceled because of snow days. It was lovely.
