So a little boy broke my heart yesterday.

There's this kid named Omar who my mom babysat when he was 2 and I was...7 or 8. And he used to go to our church and stuff and he used to be one of my little friends but then after he was adopted by his aunt (who was a childhood friend of my sister so there's a deep family connection) they started going to another church. And so I've seen him now and again off and on. But yesterday he was at church because our long time pastor was retiring, and I came over to talk to this lady and she was talking with Omar and she asked him, "Have you met Abby?" To which he replied, "no."
